Grand Reopening!!!!!

After what feels like forever (yes it pretty much has been forever) we are so excited to announce Emilee Anderson Photography is reopening. With everything we do, we want to do our best and devote all the time and effort to a project that we need. Previously we were unable to do that 100% so we scaled back significantly. After many prayers and conversations we have decided now would be a great time to relaunch EAP!!! We are so excited and hope you join into our celebration! What better way to have a grand reopening than with some amazing specials, new products, and spectacular new packages!!!! Please contact us for more information and to celebrate our reopening. Thank you for all of the encouragement to become better than before and serve your photography needs!

Katy’s Christmas

I love baby Katy! I had the pleasure of taking her 1 year photos in June, and her sweet mommy asked me to take some of her for Christmas. My studio was over run with “Santa’s workshop” and it was cold outside, so they were awesome and let us set up a make shift backdrop. Here is a sneak of my favorites!

Baby K!

A while ago, we donated a free newborn shoot to a local school to be auctioned off to raise money. Well a few weeks ago we got to meet the lucky winner! Sweet baby K! She looks so tiny in these photos (and she was), but she was 9 weeks old! What a little miracle! We could NOT get her to let that paci go, but she is still precious! Enjoy her tiny perview!

My Opinion COUNTS!!!!

Ok here it is….the all important business review!!!!! What business you may ask? Well, Aaron and I were planning a family trip to VA a few weeks ago and we were trying to figure out where to stay and what part of town to stay in. Aaron wasn’t going to be with me for most of the week, so a good location close to some activities E and I were going to be doing was really important! We decided that Hotel Roanoke would be a great, safe, and easily accessible place for us to stay. So we called to get a room and can you believe they had heard of ME!!!! Little ole ME!! Shocker!!!!! Well they upgraded us to an AMAZING suite in exchange for a blog on my opinion!! DUH……..SURE I would do that!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. If you have ever seen the move “Eloise at the Plaza” then you know what a wonderful time my E had! She ran that place! Ha-ha. Waiters and concierge were very concerned with her needs and treated her like a little princess which made a very happy little girl and mommy. The staff was incredible, very friendly and went above and beyond on many occasions. For breakfast every morning E got to order whatever she wanted, and they brought it. (Please keep in mind she ordered corn flakes, strawberries, grapes, and juice every morning!) Our room was stunning and E had plenty of room to RUN and play. We had a kitchen area that was perfect for meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Housekeeping was amazing! It is hard cleaning up after a 2 year old daily, but they did it with a smile and always stopped to talk to E. The bellhops were equally wonderful. We didn’t valet park our car because I keep so much in it, they would be going back and forth all the time, but they were always courteous and opened the door for us and greeted us every time they saw us. If you are in the area then you must experience a stay at Hotel Roanoke! It is a beautiful hotel and would be an amazing place to host an event or have pictures taken. Here are some pictures from our stay. These were taken with my cell phone so they don’t capture how stunning it really is, but believe me, it is amazing!
